Follow-Up

The first company to respond wins the customer.

Missed calls get a text in sixty seconds. Inbound calls get answered. DMs and forms get replies. Every open quote gets chased until it books or says no. Every conversation qualifies, books straight to your calendar, and hands anything sensitive to a human — after you've tested it yourself.

You built the company.
Let it run itself.

Stratus runs the work — follow-up, prospecting, content, CRM, back office — while you sleep, and leaves the brief on your phone at 6am.

What Stratus runs

Seven agents. One operating system.

Each agent owns one piece of the operating work. Together they fill the pipeline, run the front office and the back office — and report to you once a day.

  1. 01

    The Morning Brief

One message every morning: what moved, what's stuck, what to do today, and the revenue Stratus touched.

  2. 02

    Follow-Up

Every call, DM, and form answered in sixty seconds, at any hour — and every quote, consult, and no-show chased until it books or says no. Eleven touches, never bored.

  3. 03

    Prospecting

Lists built to your best customer, first lines written from their actual website, sent daily from warmed domains. Every reply lands with Follow-Up.

  4. 04

    Reactivation

Past customers brought back every quarter — automatically, compliantly, in batches carriers trust.

  5. 05

    Content

Posts drafted, scheduled, and published in your brand voice. Your channels stay alive without you.

  6. 06

    CRM Hygiene

Tags, stage moves, dedupes, and logs — so the pipeline is always true and every report is right.

  7. 07

    Compliance Kit

Every AI conversation carries the disclosures the new laws require. Legal on day one.

How it works

Onboard. Autopilot. Brief.

Days 1–14

Onboard

One kickoff call, one access form. We map your workflows and install Stratus on your number, your calendar, and your CRM.

Day 30

Autopilot

The agents run. You test every conversation before it ever touches a customer. Autopilot by day thirty, or the install is free.

Every morning

Brief

The Morning Brief daily, a revenue report every Friday, a strategy call every month, tuning forever.

Who we build for

Operators past the first million.

Companies doing $1M to $20M with real demand coming in and real processes behind it — and a leader who has been the follow-up department, the scheduler, and the back office for too long. Agencies, recruiting firms, clinics, B2B sales teams, e-commerce brands, home-service operators, consultancies. Any industry that fits the profile.

Stratus OS runs on top of a business that already works — it multiplies what's there. That's why we install for five companies a month, personally, and why the first step is a two-minute qualification instead of a sales call. If it fits, you'll know in twenty minutes. If it doesn't, we'll say so.

Pricing

Fully managed. Company-wide. AI included.

Every tier is built, run, and tuned by Stratus — you never touch the machinery, you read the brief. Companies that join in our first year lock these rates for twelve months; standard rates take effect January 2027.

Straight answers

What founders ask before they say yes.

Is this worth $3,500–$12,000 a month?

Measure it against what it replaces, not against software. One full-time admin is $3,800 a month for 40 of the week's 168 hours. One missed $6,000 quote a month is the Core tier. And every Friday you get one number — revenue the system touched — so you'll know within 60 days, in math, not vibes.

We tried automation before and it didn't stick.

Almost always the same story: someone installed software and left. Nobody wrote the copy in your voice, nobody watched the first hundred conversations, nobody was accountable to a number. Stratus is managed — we run it, tune it monthly, and brief you daily. The software was never the product; the operating of it is.

Will AI sound like a robot to my customers?

No. Every script is written in your voice, it never quotes prices, and it hands anything sensitive to a human. You test every conversation before it ever touches a real customer. The most common reaction from customers is nothing at all — they just got answered fast.

What happens when something goes wrong?

You text one person and get a reply within two hours on weekdays. In the first two weeks we read every conversation ourselves. After that, the Morning Brief flags anything stuck, and the monthly session fixes what needs fixing. You are never routed to a ticket queue.

Do I have to change the tools I already use?

Usually not. Stratus OS sits on top of how customers already reach you — your phone line, your forms, your pages — and writes into the calendar and CRM you run today. Where it makes sense to consolidate, we'll say so at the audit; where it doesn't, we integrate.

How much of my time does this take?

One 30-minute kickoff, one access form, one launch call. Then about ten minutes a day reading the brief and approving what needs you. If you're spending more than that, we've built it wrong.

Is my customer data safe?

Your data lives in your own account on enterprise infrastructure — we configure it, we don't own it. Nothing is sold or shared. Every AI conversation carries the disclosures the new laws require, and texting runs through registered, carrier-approved channels.

Is this legal — the AI calls and texts?

Yes, when it's set up properly, which is exactly what the Compliance Kit is for: AI disclosure on every automated conversation, documented consent, carrier registration, STOP handling. Most vendors leave this to you. We include it because it's what separates a system from a lawsuit.

Can't I just set this up myself?

You could, the way you could do your own books. What you're paying for is the diagnosis, the copy customers actually respond to, the build, the compliance, and someone accountable to your number every Friday. Every tier is fully managed — that's the product.

What if it doesn't work for us?

If Stratus OS isn't live within 30 days of carrier approval, the install is free. After that you're on a 90-day term and then month-to-month — we keep clients by keeping the Friday number bigger than the invoice, not by contract.

Are we too small — or too big — for this?

Under $1M, usually too early: the system multiplies demand you already have. Over $20M, we work with multi-location and multi-team companies on the Scale tier, scoped at the audit. In between is exactly who this was built for.

Who's actually building and running this?

Stratus Group AI — a small team led by its founder, who personally oversees every install. We take five new companies a month on purpose. You get a direct line, not an account rep.

What do the first 30 days look like?

Day one: kickoff and carrier registration. Days two to five: your system built from our master template in your voice. Days six and seven: we test it as a fake customer. Days eight to ten: launch call — you call your own number and watch it work. Then monitoring, your first reactivation batch, your first Friday report, and a day-30 review against the audit.

Find out if your business qualifies.

One form, two minutes. If it fits, you get a twenty-minute audit — no pitch deck — and you leave with three automations you can steal. If it doesn't, we'll tell you.
