Information you submit through our forms (company, website, revenue band, team size, phone, email, and your answers), information you send us by email or text, and standard technical data (browser, device, pages visited) collected by our hosting provider.
To respond to your inquiry, qualify fit for Stratus, schedule and confirm calls, deliver and support the service if you become a client, and improve the site. We do not sell your information.
By submitting your phone number and checking the consent box, you agree to receive text messages from Stratus about your request and, if you become a client, about your account. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Some conversations with Stratus or with a client's Stratus are handled by AI agents. Where required by law, an AI agent will identify itself as automated at the start of the conversation. You may request a human at any time.
We share data only with service providers needed to operate the service (hosting, communications, calendar, payment processing) under their own privacy terms, and when required by law.
We keep inquiry data for as long as needed to respond and for reasonable business records. You can request access, correction, or deletion by emailing owin@stratusgroup.ai. California residents have the rights described in the CCPA/CPRA; contact us to exercise them.
