These terms govern your use of stratusgroup.ai and any engagement with Stratus Group ("Stratus"). Replace bracketed items before publishing; have an attorney review before relying on them.

Stratus is provided under a separate written agreement that sets the tier, fees, term (90-day initial term, then month-to-month unless stated otherwise), and scope. Where these terms and a signed agreement conflict, the agreement controls.
"Autopilot in 30 days or your install is free" means: if the core systems in your agreed scope are not live within 30 days of carrier approval of your business texting registration, the install fee is refunded or waived. It does not cover delays caused by missing client access, information, or approvals, and it does not apply to monthly fees for service already delivered.
Clients are responsible for the accuracy of information provided to Stratus, for obtaining any consents required to contact their own customers, and for reviewing AI conversations Stratus configures before they go live.
Clients agree to use Stratus in compliance with applicable law, including the TCPA, carrier A2P/10DLC requirements, and state AI-disclosure laws. Stratus provides a compliance kit; the client remains responsible for its own outbound communications.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stratus's total liability arising from the site or any engagement is limited to the fees paid to Stratus in the three months preceding the claim. Stratus is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
